Q: What happens during a Sex and Intimacy coaching session?

A:  Together, we create a space in which you can feel safe and free to talk about your sexuality.  As we begin to unpack and understand your sexual self, we incorporate creative somatic exploration.  We might touch, dance, yell, and even crawl around on the floor.  My goal is to get you out of your head, into your animal body, and living your truth.

Q: Do you have sex with your clients?

A:  Nope.  In my practice, we keep our clothes on and we do not exchange fluids.  If you’re interested in sexual surrogacy or working with a sacred intimate, I encourage you to find a practitioner in that field.

Q:  What if I get turned-on during session?

A:  If you are a person who experiences sexual arousal (e.g. you are not asexual), then it is normal and common to feel aroused in session.  You will not be shamed or judged for feeling aroused.

Q: Are you LGBTQIA- and poly-friendly?

A:  Yes. I’m committed to maintaining an inclusive business, and avoid cis-normative and hetero-normative language.  This goes for all expressions of gender and sexual identity with respect to its intersections with race, class, level of ability, age, and religious affiliation.  My sessions are a space to explore yourself with someone who will listen and sit with you in your experience, not a space in which I tell you who you are or how you should live.  We get enough of that in the rest of the world.

Q: What’s your favorite flavor of ice-cream?

A: I thought you’d never ask. talenti® Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip.
